Outstation Travel: Billed on a per-kilometer (per-km) rate based on the vehicle size and type (AC or Non-AC). Outstation journeys are subject to a minimum daily running average (typically 250 to 300 km per day).
Local City Use: Calculated using fixed hourly and distance packages, such as our popular 8 Hours / 80 Km or 10 Hours / 100 Km city sightseeing bundles.
To avoid any surprises on your final invoice, please note that the base per-km rate or package cost excludes on-road operational expenses. Customers are responsible for:
Driver Batta: A fixed daily allowance for the driver’s meals and accommodation.
Toll Charges & State Permits: All highway tolls and interstate entry permits encountered during the journey.
Parking Fees: Mandatory parking entry fees at airports, railway stations, tourist monuments, and hotels.
